This Bluebell session was really special and I think you’ll agree that these two young ladies look so elegant riding side saddle wearing their riding habits.

Danny is an 8 year old Dark Bay, and Wellie is a 17 year old Chestnut, both of whom are Irish Sport horses. They all looked absolutely stunning and it was such a joy to capture these special moments of them together.

As a photographer I think it’s so important to continue developing new skills, so after having had some enquiries lately as to whether I would consider doing family sessions I thought to myself who better than to be mentored by than my wonderful friend Jodie who is the most amazing family photographer Jodie Donovan Photography (and mentor!)

These are a selection of images from the mentoring session with our model family who were just fabulous and brought so much fun and laughter throughout the session. It was a pleasure to be able to capture some special moments from the evening for them.

I can’t believe Bluebell season has been and gone already!

Here are a few images from my lovely leisurely woodland walk with Simba (and one of his favourite toys).

Initially we were due to have an Autumn session but the weather was never on our side so we decided to wait for the bluebells to arrive.

And they didn’t disappoint when they did and they looked perfect.

We had a wonderful time and I can honestly say this handsome boy absolutely loves the camera!📷

It was so lovely to catch up at our recent get together with the ambassadors, where we all spent time chatting away whilst having a relaxed stroll with everyone and me getting to know all about their dogs and hearing their individual stories, which as you know I absolutely loved.

You have all welcomed me into the PawFest family with open arms and I genuinely honoured to be your official photographer at the pawsome pawfest events, so than you.

From when I brought Matilda along to one of the pool splash events so I could capture water shots of her having a fun swim, to then having faith in me to be in the background at pawfest, capturing images of people enjoying time with their pets naturally being themselves and trusting me with your family equestrian portraits to then inviting me to join you all last year to officially cover the weekends events at pawfest for you is an amazing experience I am so grateful for.

I had a fabulous day at The Cow Shed at The Ship Inn recently and I can’t wait for PawFest again so I can meet more wonderful owners and their dogs, creating more memories for everyone whilst they enjoy this family fun packed event that you work so hard to put on a every year.
