Irresistible You Are is a Photography Company based in Driffield, East Yorkshire. We love to capture the tender moments of wonder and excitement in our Portraits and Weddings. With the use of patience, props and a little direction, we can create fun and relaxed sessions with real emotion. Anyone can take a photo, but here at Irresistible You Are, our main aim is to give you something special, some

thing unique. During the Post Production, we work closely with you and your brief and enhance your images to their full potential. Occasionally, we even sprinkle a little bit of fairy dust to make them truly irresistible, anything is possible.

F A R E W E L L A N D T H A N K Y O U

As some of you may be aware, I have come to the hard decision to close my photography business Irresistible You Are at the end of March.  I will still honour any outstanding vouchers and if any new vouchers are purchased before March 31st 2026, these can be used anytime over the next year. I will release some special closing down offers after half term.

I am so grateful for all the support for over 15 years. I am certainly going to miss the privilege of meeting new babies and watching families grow and being a special behind the scenes part of people's wedding days. It really has been such an honour to get to know some lovely lovely people and families over the years.

It is a hard decision, but as my children grow into teenage years, I find myself wanting to be even more present in family life because it really does fly by and I want my weekends and evenings back to cherish these later years.

As technology continues to develop, I also find myself entering the world of AI and amazing mobile phone software. The advantages are impressive, but I am also aware this could be very damaging to the photography industry and I would never want my work to become irrelevant. I therefore want to bow out on a high and thank every single one of you for allowing me to capture some very very precious and special memories.

It's officially Autumn, a few of you have already been in touch regarding Christmas Minis this year. I am offering limited 15 minute slots over Sat 16th and Sunday 17th November. 

I will have a couple of set ups in the studio for the Saturday, but I'd love to do some outdoor photos with hats and scraps ect this year, but it all relies on decent weather, so I plan to offer outdoor sessions on the Sunday. 

The mini sessions will be the same as previous years, a 15 minute time slot with 1 digital image for £15 with the option to purchase additional images.

I’ve also always wanted to do lifestyle photos in people's own homes decorating the tree, baking Christmas biscuits, so if this appeals, I might offer a few limited spaces for this on Sat 30th Nov.  If you're interested, I'd love to hear from you.

**Special Mother’s Day Offer - £35 Mini Session**
I’ve brought the much loved, dark background back to the studio and I’m loving these soulful, Rembrandt-esk styled portraits. They work with both a natural expression or a smile, so they work with whatever vibe your family is feeling.

This style takes a little bit more of a hand edit to add some layers of texture and dodge and burn to the image, plus a bit of subtle (or not so subtle) skin smoothing/flattering for the older generations. This style can be added to your usual 1 hour session. But I am offering them as special limited mini shoots which would make an awesome Mother’s Day gift. I have slots on 23rd March and 13th April and vouchers are available for Mothering Sunday if you wish to give a gift. Get in touch for more details and to book.

I’m delivering the last session of these this evening. Sweet Teddy, what a privilege it has been to see you grow over your first year. As part of the Tiny Toes to Candles Package, Teddy came in for this Newborn shoot, 2 Mid-Year Minis and his final Birthday Cake Smash session with Bath and Splash included! Hard to believe how much they develop in such a small window of time, but these photos capture it all. Clients receive 50 images over the 4 sessions, such a lovely way to cherish those memories.

They Made a Difference! Super proud of this group, as some of you may have seen the Nafferton Narwhals did some amazing volunteering over the Summer as part of the Lifestyle project and helped raise money for the local food bank and helped with the Driffield Uniform Recycle Project. All their efforts were recognised last night at the reward ceremony when they won a trip to Wales. We're so delighted for them. And our oldest baby's beaming face - I could just watch all day. Well done girls. Lifestyle is such a fantastic scheme and I hope it inspires them and others to Make A Difference throughout their future. Thank you to everyone who helped them along the way.x

Christmas Mini Sessions for only £15

I have a few slots still available this Saturday 18th and next Sunday 26th in the studio. Please see below for more information and the link to book a slot. The Pop In Session includes a 15 minute indoor studio session this year for £15 and includes 1 digital image. Additional digital images can be purchased for an additional cost if you wish after you have viewed the images from your own private online gallery. Please message for more information.
