📸 Sometimes all you need is an idea and people willing to try.

These photos were taken with one light, a shower screen and some roses. This was the morning before a show and while creating some content, we looked around the Airbnb for some aesthetic spots. The dark background behind the shower was perfect, all we needed was a spotlight to get the right lighting on Danny and the roses.

Photoshoots don’t always need to be in a studio or heavily planned, sometimes they do. Think about what you need, when you need it and work to that schedule. Either way you can challenge yourself to make art you’re proud of.

🎥 A throwback to the first album cover I ever shot, it was for ‘Do Not Disturb’ by .

We were meeting one weekend every month to shoot music videos and promo photos while the album was coming together. While shooting the ‘Work’ music video, I wanted a top-down pan, so I stood on a chair and stretched my gimbal as high as possible to grab a few shots.

When we reviewed the footage, the angle worked so well that we turned it into a quick photoshoot and it eventually became the album cover.

Moving up to bigger venues, bigger stages and working with a publication is so exciting and exactly what I’ve dreamed of. In my opinion these are the best photos I’ve captured (so far) and exactly the way I hoped to start 2026, especially after just finishing up a tour in November.

If you want to see and hear a band that recaptures raw energy and soul, one acting as a time capsule for an art almost lost - scroll no further.

The Molotovs bring genuine rockstar presence: in the way they walk, the way they sing, and every step they take on stage. The crowd never stopped dancing or singing, which says a lot for how many people packed inside to watch them perform. From crowd control to timing, they didn’t miss a beat, all while delivering the kind of looks that any photographer would want to capture.

📸 Before and after photos I captured of in 2025.

Sometimes the photos you snap in the moment don’t tell the story or capture the moment the way you want it to be seen. That’s why editing is such an important part of the process.

Whether it’s recolouring, reframing, bringing out details which appear ‘lost’ or so many other things, once you know the possibilities of what you can achieve in the edit from your own camera it changes the way you shoot.

Some of the best times of my life (2025) ❤️

Last year was filled with adventures, work, friends and lessons. I wouldn’t change any part of it and I hope 2026 brings me even more of the same on a bigger, brighter scale. Looking forward to the journey 🫡
