I’m a Welshman living in London who loves to travel and take beautiful photographs, whenever and wherever I can. After working a regular jobs, and still working as a Network Engineer, I was bored of the 9-5 routine that plagues so many of us. In short, photography and travel came to mind! So after a year I have started this website to share my work and experiences. I aim to make a living from doin

g this alone, however experience and more travel is needed, so I am going to share that journey and hopefully inspire you to do something that you are passionate about, but may think you do not have the time, energy or money to do so. My photography, I believe, is getting and better, but I have a long way to go…

I love going to new places and try to capture the beauty of it. I will be the first to say that I am not a professional, but its all about your own perception of beauty, and truth be told, I just love doing this! I consider this sort of job a dream. I want to share my story with all of my travels and photography in hope to inspire those who want to do something similar. Colin 😉

A lovely, intimate wedding of Ellie & Lloyd.

Back at The Story in Durham for the ceremony before moving into town for food and drinks. Ellie & Lloyd were with their close friends and family for a chilled wedding…the type I love.

Weather was not on our side for parts of the day, but thankfully this changed. Group shots had to be held in the heart of Durham, Framwellgate Bridge, where we more or less stopped Durham to get our shots. Thankfully the people of Durham were lovely and completely accommodating.

Congratulations again Ellie & Lloyd!

I am so happy that I had the opportunity to shoot at Whitworth Hall again. The venue is spectacular and unique with its deer park.

After last weeks boiling hot weather, it was a joy to shoot under cloud again. Conditions were perfect.

Here’s to the lovely couple - Naomi and Andy. Completely chilled throughout, which made my day a breeze.

Yesterday was sweltering! But that did not stop the vibe at this amazing wedding! 🎉

EVERYONE was sweating 🥵 but with a stunning outdoor wedding ceremony at the absolutely beautiful venue of The Fig House at Middleton Lodge, nobody worried about how hot they were, but instead celebrated the lovely Lily & Sam.

It was my first time shooting at The Fig. I’d heard a lot about this venue and seen many images online, but it surpassed all expectations. It is simply stunning. I can’t wait to shoot here again, albeit in perhaps cooler temperatures! 😅

An amazing and intimate wedding in the Lake District. Somehow, it didn’t rain.

Although intimate, this wedding was still very lively. Filled with joy, laughter and tears.

What a great wedding it was on Saturday. Starting at The Story in Durham, then moving on the great city of Newcastle.

I miss photographing in the city. I did it a lot during my street photography days, but shooting weddings in the city is really special. It can be overwhelming, with the people all around and the ever varying spots to get an image, but it’s also incredibly exciting!

Megan & Duncan easily fitted in with the city. They were in their element, and I think you can agree, they looked incredible and ice cool.
