Now that over £90M has been pledged by the Government for the West Winch Relief road, I thought I’d create a historical record of the construction. This is not a page for discussion on the pro’s and con’s of the road and the associated housing, purely somewhere to record the changes to our village.

Abuse will not be tolerated, nor will discussion on the merits or otherwise of the road, please add your own photo’s if appropriate.

The government will fund more than 80% of the cost for a road that will unlock land for housing.
