So… I did a thing yesterday! 🖤

I’ve had this booked since last year, and I’ve waited around 5 years to get a space in the books with the amazing Maiko at The good Tatoo studio in Nottingham.

This tattoo is in memory of my mum, who was stationed in Hong Kong while serving in the army — which is where she met my dad, who was also stationed there. Hong Kong always held such a special place in her heart, so I chose the Hong Kong orchid flower, the Bauhinia, to honour that part of her story.

I also added a poppy, which was her favourite flower and, of course, symbolises remembrance.

I’m so pleased with it. It means the absolute world to me. ❤️

"✨ Newborn Magic ✨

What an incredible day in the studio! I had the pleasure of teaching another talented photographer the art of newborn photography, and we worked with the most precious little models. 💕

In the morning, we photographed a gorgeous 2-week-old baby girl who absolutely melted our hearts with her sweetness. In the afternoon, we were lucky enough to capture the bond of boy-and-girl twins – talk about double the cuteness or was it double the trouble ha-ha! 🍼✨
