I don’t care if I sound stupid, but capturing this moment last night, I instinctively knew that I would always remember this brief interaction between myself and this fox. Just for a second nothing else mattered. It really was magical, I hope you can feel some of the emotion through this clip, please let me know if you’ve had anything similar happen to you, nature is the best medicine 🧡

As this trail camera footage shows, don’t get between a badger and her peanuts! Obviously wasn’t in the mood for sharing that night 😂 not once but twice someone gets it in the neck!

On my last night I finally saw the badgers in daylight!! It was still past 10pm mind but for Scotland in June that’s nae bother! They are so cute I can’t help but think of the 80’s and mashed potato though, who remembers 😂??

The much loved barn swallow, seen here taking a quick break to preen and limber up before heading out to catch some more of the hundreds and flying insects they eat per day. Known as the harbinger of warmer weather as they return thousands of miles each year to breed in the U.K

Whilst looking out to sea for the bigger guys it was nice not to forget the little ones and see this ringed plover sucking up his worm spaghetti from the shoreline! Hope you enjoy it too 🥰

Gannets were going crazy diving in for fish, must be plenty of fish around hopefully! Tried to catch as many as I could, it’s making me dizzy trying to count how many dives I caught 😂

Change of coastline, now on the north east coast of Scotland! Stopped off at Findochty for a quick cuppa and a look out to sea and caught a glimpse of my first minke whale! Managed to catch it coming up a couple of times! Think there was actually two maybe three out there, no walrus this time though 😂

As well as the seabirds, Bempton Cliffs also has plenty else to offer, I was treated to two hours of early morning barn owl action whilst looking for puffins! Really happy with these pictures, was there a successful catch…watch til the end to find out! ☺️💚

Got super lucky this morning! Up at 5am and straight to Bempton Cliffs, this puffin landed high up the cliff face with an absolute beak full! One of my dream shots!! Well worth the early start! 🩵 RSPB Bempton Cliffs

I’d like to think this puffin is looking for a nice flower to take back to its mate ☺️. We have a few days in Yorkshire then we are on the move again, can anyone guess where 😂
