Making professional video content and want to use drones? Maybe for the first time? Some of them are so small you'd think you can fly them just about anywhere, right? But before you incoporate them into your production - and especially before paying a contactor to do this - I'd suggest it's worth knowing at least the basics of the rules surrounding their operation. Micro-doc on the great guys from MurWalls - I worked with them on 2 x Health awareness films earlier this year in London. Loved the experience. For them that was fairly different from the sort of art they are usually creating.

This is the most in-depth tutorial I have ever produced. If you've ever had to type out subtitles for a video you know just how incredibly tedious that is. That's why I paid $99 for an annual Pro plan with Otter.ai, a service which uses Artificial Intelligence to produce a high quality transcript of my videos. I have no relationship whatsoever with Otter.ai but think it's excellent value for money. In this clip I go through every stage of my workflow as I roundtrip from Adobe Premiere to Otter, and then create an SRT file which I bring back into Premiere to instantly create my captions. First-class, highly accurate subtitles still require time and effort from you, but using Otter.ai with Premiere takes a lot of the drudgery away from the process. I don't use Microsoft Teams because I don't belong to a business that is paying for the Microsoft 365 rolling licence. However I did undertake a corporate livestream job recently where the client wanted to stream an internal company gathering. So only invited employees would be allowed access to watch. As the client already has MS 365 we used Teams Live Event as the platform to achieve this controlled distribution. I've documented my learnings in this clip where I discuss the specifics of the challenge, workflow and the critical importance of being able to integrate Powerpoint when using an external encoder like vMix or OBS.
