Hello to all my followers of my face book page.
Normally I would not do a group post but I thought I would give you all a quick update on the Craft Fair scene and selling my photography so far this year😊
The two main craft fairs I attend are at the Jubilee Hall at Mevagissey on a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and at Fowey Artisan Craft Fair in the town hall, normally on the first Wednesday of each month. Also at Fowey we have a craft fair on the Town Quay that coincides with visits from cruise ships.
Fowey Artisan also have a craft fair at Polruan on the old Coal Wharf most Sundays throughout the holiday period. This is the hardest one as we need to be at Polruan for 8:00am (55 min drive) and set up the gazebos.
And not let’s forget about LilyBoo where I will be attending their craft fair at Charlestown Church Hall on the first Saturday each month up to September.
This year so far has been exceptional for me as from the beginning of April until now I have sold 166 images compared to the same time last year when I had sold 44 images.
I have met so many fantastic people who visit Cornwall and who have purchased my photography as a reminder of their holiday. This will give any photographer a great sense of satisfaction.
So to all you photographers, give it a go although it is blooming hard work!
The two most popular images this year are my two Charlestown images.
Thank you for taken the time to read this and periodically (may be once a month) I will do similar posts just to let you know I am still alive😁

Sunset at Bedruthan steps
Bedruthan Steps is one of those places that truly shows the wild beauty of Cornwall. Towering sea stacks, dramatic cliffs, open Atlantic views and glowing sunset skies all come together to create a breath-taking coastal scene. It is a place that feels powerful, peaceful and unforgettable.

A peaceful evening at Holywell Bay, where golden light spills across the dunes and the sea rolls gently towards the shore. A lone figure walking their dog adds a lovely sense of scale and quiet companionship, making this Cornish beach scene feel calm, timeless, and full of simple coastal beauty.

Captured from Porth Nanven with the Brisons on the horizon.
Porth Nanven has a wild, natural beauty that always feels special. The rounded boulders, known as the Dinosaur Eggs, the restless sea, and the Brisons on the horizon give this stretch of coast such a powerful character. It is rugged, atmospheric and unmistakably Cornish, especially when the light begins to turn.

Mousehole Harbour
Mousehole Harbour at low tide, with soft sand in the foreground and boats resting quietly beyond. The painterly treatment seemed to suit the gentle mood of the scene and the timeless feel of the village.
