BIIIIG TIIIIME WINNERS!! 🏆⚡

After a manic week of filming and a very necessary weekend escape to Amsterdam, we’ve returned home to discover that we are the FIRST EVER recipients of the Best Video Design Award at the inaugural Fringe Theatre Awards for Be More Chill at the The Old Joint Stock Theatre 🎭🔥

Sadly we couldn’t make the ceremony… so naturally we photoshopped Liam into the winners photo behind Emily and James. Seamless work. Nobody will notice. 👀

Honestly? Completely gobsmacked and incredibly grateful. A lot of blood, sweat and terabytes went into this show — but even more love and passion. Be More Chill means so much to so many people, and we feel ridiculously lucky to have left our little Easter egg-filled, video game-loaded stamp on it.

Digital media and videography are becoming more and more intertwined with the magic of live theatre, and when those worlds collide, it creates something so exciting, immersive and gloriously extra. Huge thank you to the Fringe Theatre Awards for recognising this creative synergy.

Massive congratulations to the entire cast and crew who made this show what it was. Special love to Theatre SSL and Paul Finch for the insane amount of programming and tech wizardry behind the scenes — without them, these videos would still be sitting in a cloud drive somewhere.

And finally, to our brilliant collaborators and close friends James Edge and Emily Susanne Lloyd: thank you for taking us off the leash and letting us run wild with the weirdest ideas imaginable.

BIIIIG TIME FINALIST 🏆⚡

We’re absolutely over the moon to share that we’ve been named finalists for Best Video Design at the first ever Fringe Theatre Awards for Be More Chill at the The Old Joint Stock Theatre ! 🎭🔥

This job was… a LOT.
Over 150+ videos, graphics and animations smashed together in just 3 weeks... but honestly? Also one of the most fun things we’ve ever done

Where else do you get to sneak Pokémon, Tekken and Bioshock easter eggs into a theatre production? 👀🎮

We’re beyond grateful for the love and recognition, this one truly felt like a full-on level up, and everyone involved deserves it.

Massive shoutout to James Edge and Emily Susanne Lloyd for running with all the weird, nerdy, chaotic ideas and making space for them to exist on stage. And to the team at Theatre SSL, absolute heroes. While we made the content, they ran it: 150+ cues across 12 screens alongside lighting and sound. Proper MVP energy 💪

Huge thanks to the Fringe Theatre Awards, we’re genuinely buzzing.

I recently worked with Electric Press Productions and Perro Loco to capture the first rehearsals for A Christmas Carol On A Train at Oxenhope Station on the Keighley and Worth Valley Railway. Six iterations of the characters, one for each carriage, with the story unfolding as the train moves. The shows were brilliantly received and ran without a hitch.

On a personal note, spending the day in the engine shed was a real highlight. I’ve always had a soft spot for heritage railways and smaller tank engines, so finding an 0‑4‑0ST pug (BR 51218) tucked away in the shed made the shoot even better. The photo for this post is of that little pug, because of course it is.

A great project to be part of, and a lovely crossover between work and the things I’m genuinely passionate about. What a way to see out 2025!

2025, you absolutely ROCKED. ⚡🐾

Our first full-length year in the doghouse has been one hell of a ride.
We’ve been ridiculously lucky to work on so many incredible productions and travel across the country capturing some truly BANGING content.

London transfers. Regional premieres. Tribute bands that blew the roof off. Trailers, photos, recordings, graphics — and of course our beloved weekly club night chaos.
And a moment we’ll never forget: being part of a WhatsOnStage Award nominated journey for Be More Chill. Feeling very grateful for that one. 🏆

Huge love to everyone who’s welcomed our little runt into the litter this year — we’re stupidly grateful for you.

2026 — we’re coming for you. Let’s make it even more LOCO 🔥
