Flame grilled chicken burger 🍔 inspired by Nando’s peri peri grilled 🐔 this was crazy HOT 🔥‼️

Marinade recipe :

chicken breast or thighs
1 red onion
1 red bell pepper
5 bird’s eye chilies
2 red cayenne pepper
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 lime juice
1/2 lemon juice
1tsp brown sugar
1tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Dry herbs: rosemary,thyme,oregano
1/3 cup olive oil
5-7 garlic cloves

Blend until a smooth paste and marinade your chicken for at least 1 hour.
Heat a grill pan and grease with olive oil and grill your chicken fillets on each side for about 4 minutes.
Than keep it simple: burger bun, sliced tomato,red onion and add spicy mayo or your favourite burger sauce.
