WE’RE LOOKING FOR KCL PHOTOGRAPHERS!!!

We are collaborating with KCL FASHION SOCIETY] to host a photoshoot that aligns with YOUR creative vision!!!
You will get to choose 2-4 models to shoot over the course of your slot.
This event will run across the 21st - 24th with a mixer with KCL FASHION SOCIETY] on the 25th February

We are currently in the process of setting up the darkroom, and meanwhile, is anyone here familiar with the film processing in a darkroom? We’re looking for a darkroom manager who can help us with delivering some induction sessions or workshops for members without experience!

Are you interested in doing some filming or videography?

GKT Comedy R***e are looking for members to film their shows - that includes songs, dance numbers, sketches, and so on!

This will be great for whoever’s doing photography, but also want to try out videography (making use of that video function finally)!

Rehearsal times are usually on a Wednesday or weekends; and ideally, there will be a video published each week, meaning that this opportunity is completely flexible and you can just let them know when you’re free to come along! (Editing not required!)

We will contact you if you have been selected as one of the 3 photographers or 5 models we need! Everyone is invited to the social afterwards!

On the 29th of September we will have a studio booked out with a capacity of 50 pieces to celebrate black history month in photographs. Submit your photos by Sunday, the 24th of October, 8pm, (there’s only a 6 day window to submit!!). We’ll get your work printed and showcased and you get to take your print home (or sell it??).

KCL PHOTOSOC is so excited to introduce our first competition of the year : 👻HALLOWEEN COMPETITION 👻


💫The deadline is Tuesday Nov 3rd end of the day 💫 Please message or DM us if you are shooting film!!!

You either have 5 days to shoot or submit a spooky photo from your previous work!

Both digital and film entries are welcome! If you are planning to submit film please make sure you have enough tune to get your roll developed / scanned by the deadline !

The winner will he decided through members vote and will receive some film supplies or camera accessories based on their preference.
