That’s a wrap on our Sony FX5 events in Germany but the series isn’t over yet!

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us in Berlin and Hamburg and got hands-on with the new FX5.

It’s been fantastic to see the FX5 community growing with every event.

A big thank you to Delight Rental Studios and 18frames for letting us use their spaces and helping us bring these events to life.

And, of course, a huge thank you to Uli Mors for hosting our German events and sharing his expertise with the community.

The Uncover range of camera bags are now available.

The Cooke Optics SP3 and AP3 will now be available in Nikon Z-mount.

This expanded flexibility means that Cooke’s mirrorless mount cinema lenses can now be used natively by Nikon Z series and RED Z-mount camera owners!

New SP3 and AP3 purchases come with E-mount’s installed as standard, but include a redeemable complimentary second mount, with Nikon Z-mount now available as an option.

The LIT systems Duo 1 has received a whole host of new features and improved operation, thanks to firmware 0.9 beta 4!

- 2.5x higher spectrum measuring resolution
- CRI and SSI measurements
- Improved CCT accuracy when measuring colder LED spectrums
- 15-60% shorter measuring duration (depending on ambient light level)
- Global tuning of CCT results
- ΔEV (Exposure Difference) mode, with 5 memory spaces
- ND filter setting moved onto main screen

And many more improvements!

The beta firmware is available now, and we can expect the full release in August.

Our first two Sony FX5 events in the EU are complete but we’re just getting started! 🎥

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us in Munich and Stuttgart. It’s been fantastic to see so many filmmakers, cinematographers and creators getting hands-on with the new FX5, sharing ideas and being part of the growing FX5 community.

A special thank you to Uli Mors for joining us in Munich and the good news is, he’s not finished yet!

Uli will be joining us at our next two German events, before Alister Chapman takes the FX5 on the road to Belgium and Amsterdam.

The wait is over and we now have full specs for this highly anticipated new camera:

Sony released the FX5! DJI's Pocket 4 Pro moved to pre-order and looks ot have insane dynamic range. Fujifilm added a new wide cinema zoom to the GFX ETERNA system, and Canon rolled out firmware updates across the Cinema EOS line and loads more!
