Over the last few years, I’ve slowly built a holiday capsule of simple pieces I genuinely love — things I can wear again and again, and that work with almost everything else in my suitcase.

Not quite a photo dump.
More a collection of moments, memories, movement and colour from a place that means far more to me than a summer holiday.

Cyprus / Kıbrıs is complicated for me to explain because I don’t just visit it — I feel connected to it. To the landscape, the old stone, the heat, the sea, the food, the people and the stories that existed long before me.

Every time I return, something in me heals, softens

Maybe that’s what roots do. They remind you who you were before life got busy telling you who you needed to be.

So this is my version of a holiday dump — a little more creative, and probably not particularly concerned with what the algorithm wants.

Just fragments of a summer I wanted to remember.

Beach days with SAINT + SOFIA — Adpr

This linen co-ord has been such a staple in my summer wardrobe, I got the black too!

July wasn’t perfect.

I got the flu, burnt out, and took a break from social media… but I also laughed, made memories and found a little perspective. 🤍

Heatwave + Perimenopause

Queen, I’m writing this from my bed in my tiny little house, listening to the birds outside and wishing I could stay here all day.

But renovation admin is calling for Tia Talula Home • Home Content • UGC, and the to-do list is long.

This week has been non-stop shoots, early starts, deadlines and miles on the road. Yet, when I stop and look back, I feel incredibly grateful.

I get to spend my days creating, meeting beautiful people, hearing their stories and helping bring their vision to life.

It’s easy to focus on the things still left to do, but today I’m reminding myself of something important:

This really is the life I once dreamed of.

And for that, I’m grateful.

Life lately - and living real capsule style.

If you’ve noticed me wearing the same clothes over and over again, there’s a reason.

For the last year, I’ve been living in a tiny home while we renovate our house. My wardrobe has been reduced to one small rail, and every piece has had to earn its place.

I’ll be honest, there have been moments when I’ve missed having more choice. Not because I needed more clothes, but because social media can make us feel like we always need something new.

This experience has reminded me that style isn’t about having more.

It’s about knowing what works for you, repeating outfits without guilt, and choosing pieces that earn their place in your wardrobe.

The less I’ve had, the more intentional I’ve become.
