Sometimes in life s**t storms come all at once and it’s so hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel. You feel exhausted, tired of the uphill battle to survive but remember this…

You are so much stronger than you think & this too shall pass.

You never know how strong you are, until being strong is the only choice you have so try your best to be kind to yourself & remember it’s always the darkest hour before dawn.

Becky’s own discovery of Pilates began following a snowboarding accident in Morzine, 2008. “We were off piste, and I stupidly stopped on a bend in the path of my friend coming behind me” Becky admits. Having been hit hard in the back at speed, she spent time under the care of a physiotherapist. It was her physio who led her to Pilates as part of her rehabilitation journey.

“Getting our puppy Reggae was as magical as it was overwhelming (given that my fiance, Joe, put a deposit down for him online on a whim - and then informed me he'd be arriving in 3 weeks!) Whilst I've always loved dogs, if I'm honest the prospect of motherhood has always terrified me. However, the moment Reggae arrived, I knew we'd made the right decision. In the few months we've had him, he has healed me in so many ways; I've never met a more loving and curious creature (well, I guess he's like his human dada in that way!) and I've found that motherhood - of doggies, at least - kind of just happens naturally (this gives me a lot of hope for human motherhood!) Reggae has lived a very creative life so far for a puppy of just 5 months old - he's either at work with Joe on location or in the studio for a new TV show Joe is working on as a location manager, or he's lying next to me in my office as I prepare for the launch of my new book, 'Love is Coming: How to Find Real Love in a Superficial World.' It's safe to say I've fallen in love with this pooch, and life will never be the same again - I think my next book will even end up being all about him!"

If your lockdown attire (sweat pants and a grubby T) isn’t quite cutting the mustard now that summer has arrived, then check out for some beautiful pieces.

I’m in love with their prints and live in my Kimono ♥️ Plus all their swimwear is made from regenerated nylon fibre made from pre and post-consumer waste, like fishing nets, plastic, and fabric straps.

They also work with a charity called who make the fabric for their Khaki cotton pieces. They teach unemployed women in India the art of handloom weaving, allowing them to become more independent.
