A completely unplanned moment between her and . One of those little moments that could so easily have happened without anyone ever capturing it.

This is exactly why having your wedding filmed is about so much more than the ceremony, speeches and first dance.

All day long, moments like this are happening. Little interactions. Reactions. Conversations. People laughing, singing, crying and just being themselves. You can’t plan them, you can’t recreate them, and quite often the couple themselves don’t even see them happening.

And it’s one of the biggest reasons we always have TWO videographers capturing your day as standard, at no extra cost.

While one of us is capturing the main action, the other can be looking in a completely different direction m, finding the moments happening around it.

Because years from now, it might just be a moment like this that means the most 🤗

After 15 years of filming weddings, we can safely say yesterday gave us one of the most emotional ceremonies we’ve ever captured.

But this day didn’t just bring the emotion…

It brought a SERIOUS amount of love, energy and absolute vibes from a bridal party like no other. 😂🔥

Sometimes, film becomes more than just a way of remembering how a moment looked.

On the morning of their wedding, Georgina received a beautiful letter from husband to be Charlie and we suggested that she read the letter aloud while we filmed.

Sadly, somewhere in the whirlwind of the day, the original letter was lost.

But his words weren’t.

Because that moment was captured on film 🎥

We’ve since created this little keepsake from the moment captured, so those words can be heard again, rewritten and hopefully framed forever.

It’s moments like this that remind us why capturing the little things matters just as much as the big ones.

A little controversial? Maybe. 👀

You all think it, but we think it needs saying 🤷🏼‍♂️

The wedding industry is an incredible place, filled with some seriously talented people who genuinely care about the couples they work with.

But there’s also a lot that goes on behind the scenes that couples simply wouldn’t know about.

Paid recommendations.
Pay-to-play awards.
Outdated equipment marketed as something it isn’t.
Work being outsourced while being sold as “in-house”.

It’s about transparency.

If you’re spending thousands of pounds on your wedding suppliers, you deserve to know exactly who you’re booking, why they’re being recommended, what you’re paying for and what you’re actually going to receive.

We’ll always do things our way.

HALFWAY THROUGH WEDDING SEASON 🎥❤️

And what a season it’s been so far.

As we step away from the cameras, the editing desk and wedding life for a well-earned week away in Greece with the family, we wanted to take a moment to say a massive THANK YOU.

To every single couple who has chosen Rewind The Day to capture one of the biggest days of their lives, thank you for trusting us with your memories. For the incredible reviews, messages, recommendations and love you send our way after your wedding… it genuinely means more to us than you probably realise.

To all of our amazing supplier friends 👊🏼 the photographers, venues, planners, DJs, bands, florists and everyone else we get to work alongside week after week, thank you for making what we do so bloody enjoyable.

And a huge thank you to the venues and suppliers who continue to recommend us and put our name forward to their couples. We never take that support for granted.

This little carousel is just a tiny glimpse at some of the incredible weddings we’ve had the privilege of capturing recently. So many different couples, venues, stories and absolutely brilliant days.

We’re halfway through the season, with plenty more weddings, films and stories still to come.

But first… we’re swapping cameras for family time, the editing suite for a sun lounger, and Essex for Greece. 🇬🇷☀️

The out-of-office is ON.

Work resumes when we’re back, refreshed and ready for the second half of wedding season. Everyone featured here on our edit list is due something really special xx
