Aether is an independent magazine run by young creatives based in London. Our aim is to simply bring people together through the process of creating. We want to give people a platform to share their work, collaborate, and the opportunity to be in print. We believe that print isn't dead, and the act of being tactile with work is something which means a lot. We have no strict way of doing things, an

Time and time again, the Aether community proves that even though we exist in our own little niche universe, we’ve built a space we’re endlessly proud of - a space where everyone who walks through our doors can be fully themselves: authentic, radiant, and boldly avant-garde 🌸🌼🌻🌺🌷

Every event, your creativity rises higher - the costumes, the fashion, the sheer commitment to art and expression elevate the night beyond anything we could imagine 🤩✨We feel incredibly lucky to be surrounded by people who share our love for art, music, community, culture and fashion (with every detail of their being) 💕

We’ve also watched so many of you blossom 🌷 forming friendships, collaborations, and genuine bonds through the Aether community 💌 That is our soul’s purpose ❣️ and beyond that, seeing Aether’s unique offering inspire you to create your own interpretations, through creating your own events too 🌀

Before we gather, we want to take a moment to express just how deeply grateful we are for this incredible community, because without you, Aether simply wouldn’t exist 🌟

Our soul purpose in expanding into events has always been rooted in what we saw unfolding before our eyes - a truly special, much-needed safe space where creativity, authenticity, and kindness could flourish 🎪

Our mission is, and always will be, to uplift and support our fellow artists, lovers, creatives, and kindred spirits; to hold space for you to be unapologetically yourselves, to thrive as the unique beings you are, and to take pride in every part of who you’ve become ❣️

This year’s Halloween Ball is diving headfirst down the rabbit hole… but not the Wonderland you remember 👁️🗝️ Inspired by one of our all-time favorite games, Alice: Madness Returns, we’re reimagining the classic tale especially for spooky szn♥️

The game is celebrated for its hauntingly beautiful maps, intricate details, and ever-changing costumes 🌀 each level a new, iconic transformation which has led it to be the cult classic it is today ❣️In that same spirit, we’re inviting you to take Wonderland and make it your own ☆

Think eerie, extravagant, avant-garde 👁️‍🗨️Whether you’re embodying a character in full cosplay, reinterpreting the aesthetic in high fashion, or creating your own unsettling wonderland vision, we want to see you go all out for our final event of the year ‼️👀

A few of our favourite memories from being swept back into Boomtown’s kaleidoscopic wonderland 🧚‍♀️

Narrative is the heart of the festival, with the mesmerising sets and unbreakable actors - all there to help the attendees immerse themselves into the fantasy 🌀 We learnt how to become a Time Lord, saw anarchists dressed in crochet, and got splashed by clowns during a union strike 🤡💦

The festival’s encouragement of exploration means you never really know what you will see or where you’ll end up, whether that be closing your Saturday night to Numa Crew at the Sub-Lab, or experiencing camp q***r joy at the Bad Apple Bar 🍎🌟

Boomtown is a demonstration of music excellence & celebration of immersive theatre 🎭🦋🏰 That is what sets this festival apart from all others 🌍✨, making it an unmissable destination on the summer calendar 💜

As we wave goodbye to summer, we stay grateful to have experienced this level of whimsy once again 🍄🦋🌈 we love you forever ! ✨

As we take a little summer pause, this sale helps us to recuperate so we can get back to doing what we love: crafting unforgettable experiences & opportunities for you ~ whether that’s online, print or in person 💌

Firstly, a huge thank you for your continued support and for bringing such vibrant energy to our past events - it’s always a joy to see you in The Aetherverse. We truly couldn’t do what we do without you, and we’re endlessly grateful! 💘

While Aether is taking a little break from hosting our own events this month, we’re thrilled to invite you to a special gathering we’ve helped bring to life - and it’s happening this Saturday, July 19th in Hackney at at 🐚🩷

The incredibly talented who previously graced the Aether catwalk with her designs, is presenting her first-ever solo runway show and pop-up event for her collection ‘VENUS COUTURE’ 💖

In addition to the runway show, we’ll be welcoming back some of our favourite Aether vendors in the creative marketplace! Say hello again to the lovely , .lnd, , .mix.jewelz & more! ✨✨✨

There’ll also be tarot readings, complimentary prosecco and all-day DJ sets featuring an all-womxn lineup - spotlighting and celebrating women in music and creativity ! 🥂
