~ Bacchanalia ~

No detail was overlooked in the making of Bacchanalia and we took the same approach with this shoot…

The cocktails, inspired by the artworks of Bacchanalia and Apollo Muse, sat at the heart of the restaurant’s opulence. Statues, murals, draped fabrics, and iconic art became symbolic anchors, linking each drink to its surroundings. Wide angles captured the space’s richness, layering details to tell the story.

Bold, cinematic lighting gave the cocktails pride of place while immersing them in Bacchanalia’s theatre. It was a celebration of its drama, character and the harmony between drinks and décor

Some more from my series 10 Year Cocktail Edition – Sexy Fish Book 🍸
 This dynamic and vibrant series was a fantastic opportunity to bring in-camera magic to life, using my trusted box of tricks including optical distortions and lens flares.

Each cocktail is carefully celebrated in frame, keeping the liquids true to themselves while building a rich, atmospheric world around them with mirrors, acrylics, and layered surfaces.. A large and playful body of imagery was created entirely in-camera, using tactile tools and filters rather than relying on post-production.

A visual tribute to ten years of iconic cocktails…brought to life through light, texture, and a sense of wonder.

Another standout project for long-time client 🌿 Continuing the visual rebrand journey with the brilliant on set design and props.

These shoots are always about impact: rich golds, graphic shadows, saturated colour, and bold contrast to make the product demand attention.

Lighting and composition stayed true to the brand: punchy, precise, and full of intent. I always aim to elevate the product, keep it central and tell a consistent story.

I’m exploring how to bring still life to life using AI prompts and animation. This approach helps images work harder, stand out on social, and adapt across platforms. I focus on crafting the visuals, then use prompts to push them further, amplifying their impact without losing the original vision.

Tripel Karmeliet – Perfection always finds its place.
 Stills shoot created alongside TVC, where the goal was simple: make beer drinking cool 🍺

Tasked with bringing the hero product shot to life in stills, I worked with an incredible team of art directors and creatives at BETC for an amazing OOH campaign in Belgium.

This one was all about stretching technical muscles and pushing creative boundaries…from lighting that harmonises with the TV commercial, to crafting the perfect composition. I focused on forming a diamond shape with the glassware, finding just the right low and wide angle to give the chalice its spotlight.

It’s 5pm somewhere right?! 🍹 🌞

This Desi Daru series was all about bold cocktails, dialled-up colour, and rich detail. We took visual cues from the bottle’s reeded glass, building sculptural sets that echoed its texture. Each serve, from Spicy Mango to Mango Colada, had its own vibe, with the goal of making the drink the star in a world as crafted as the cocktail itself.

Shoutout to for the drinks and .studio for the styling…dream team.

Liquid Study – Pouring Perspective

Lately, I’ve been leaning into experimentation more than ever, constantly chasing the angle, that moment where form, light, and lens all fall into harmony.

I’ve been exploring the world through a probe lens, an insanely immersive tool that’s opened up a whole new visual language for me.

This Campari study started as a simple pour. But the syrupy movement over ice, the tonal interplay, and the chance to see through a different optic gave me something richer.

What surprised me most? One of the alt angles from my experimentation stood out in post. I enhanced it using Generative AI, not to fake, but to elevate what was already there. A reminder that AI, when used intentionally, can be another lens in the toolkit. A creative enhancer, not a replacer.

~ Perspective ~

Shooting at low camera angles emphasises perspective, creating strong, dynamic leading lines that draw the eye into the frame. Here, simplicity is key: the classic “on the rock” setup, paired with controlled lighting, turns the ordinary into something extraordinary.

By embracing the cinematic qualities of the probe lens and a minimalist approach, each frame becomes a refined visual experience.
