Panasonic UK
-Thinks its totally acceptable to ship expensive brand new products with dead pixels.
(not once, but twice, can't be a coincidence or my bad luck, with my replacement being even worst than my 1st.)
-Thinks its totally acceptable to not answear tech questions after waiting weeks.
-Thinks its totally acceptable to pan you off with your complaints and do absolutely nothing.

Please for the love of photography.
Do NOT buy Panasonic.

Heres proof why.

Needless to say I've now sent this 2nd replacement back for a full refund on the finance i've paid so far, leaving me without a camera yet again for god knows how long despite my disabilitys getting worse.

Might aswell just give up at this point.

!! DO NOT BUY Panasonic UK PRODUCTS !!

Worst customer support, product support, tech team and complaints team, all completely useless and incompetent, especially for a product like their cameras which aint cheap.

I would send back my new camera out of protest if i wasn't shooting myself in the foot in the process as i got it on a deal,
but I am never going to promote their products here nor with my music no matter how good the quality.

I wont get into the entire situation, its too much to type.
However I've been in dispute with them for the past few weeks with no resolution and still no answears to my questions.

But i will say a Brand New Camera got sent with dead pixels, nevermind the rest thats going on, can't even answear my technical questions in a timely manner, you gotta wait weeks!!

If i knew their customer support was this awful, I would have never invested in their products, which im now stuck with for the coming years as I really cannot afford to replace / buy a new camera of similar specifications, and now instead of enjoying my new camera, I'm just really, really annoyed and not wanting to use it incase it gets damaged, I do not trust their teams for the life of me to repair it, if this is the experience I've had so far with them.
Just my bloody luck - Why can't nice things happen!! 🤬

Absolute worst company I've dealt with in awhile.

Hey Everyone! 🤘
First post in awhile, but I know a few of you are new here wondering about the wedding photographs.

I finished sortting them yesterday afternoon, However I don't post up online here for 2 reasons:
1. To respect peoples privacy.
2. I am not a business; I have disabilitys and this is a hobby.
I had to really push myself to make it and i am still recovering, but this was my personal gift to family.

My sister has access to all the photos, so best to ask her for the highest quality files when you all see each other next, please bare with us over the next few days. ✌

I have no intentions of using the photos for promotion nor wanting any credit, they are completely free to use, so feel free to put them as your profile pictures, print them out or whatever!
My gift to you, hope they are something you can keep forever. 🌠

Hey guys, been having alot of views here recently I'm not quite sure where from, the only thing I promote nowadays is my music project so if you're curious what I'm upto head on over to The Light Within Us working on my next album. 🤘
I don't have the equipment for photography anymore anything relating I'm going to have to borrow the equipment / use what i have, this page is more or less the graphics/media side of my music project for now, I maybe should update it / merge pages if views are starting to come in here.
Some new things relating to the music due in next few months, it hasnt been the best of times in personal life but hopefully getting back on track soon, Hope you're all well! ✌✨

I hate to be posting this post, but its not the entire end atleast.

Firstly, Sorry I havent been around much, Life has been utter hell.
I now have to sell all my main photography gear, because you know, humans are the only species that need money to be "alive" on earth.
Its truely heartbreaking to be forced to this.
This means that I will not have any near "professional" camera equipment anymore, so any services I could previously offer, I cannot do now.
Any memorys I wanted to keep in clarity myself, I cannot do now.

This does not mean the end for this page as such though.
I will still have a camera on my phone (i know that sounds awful for a photography page but I've always had to make do with what i have anyways its no different.)
The plans now is to rename this page to "Light Within Media" as soon as i possibly can (I cant change the name yet due to facebook restrictions), as I will still be able to take photos, create graphics, shareable content, I still have my music project and the like.

Thank you all for your support and kind words throught these years,
Lets hope that one day this page will rise out of its ashes.
