It was a pleasure to showcase a DJI Agras T50 and T100 at a couple of weekends ago on the stand alongside our friends who were showcasing their Skippy Scout software.
There was a lot of interest in all of the technology on show and lots of enquiries to get booked in.

It’s been a very busy week but here’s a little clip of one of our jobs this week applying foliar feed onto this apple orchard. When people think a drone with a small tank isn’t capable of matching ground based equipment think again, this was applied at 450 litres per hectare and was still an efficient way to do the job!

A full on day yesterday of both vineyard frost protection spraying across Berkshire and Oxfordshire then finishing off with some companion crop seeding for an organic farm in Hampshire. Our Agras spray drone is a versatile bit of kit and allows us to jump between many jobs easily.

Today we’ve been out doing the first ever application of a frost protection product by drone in UK vineyards, the application was a huge success with great contact in the buds that will only get better as leaves form and grow.

We have been trialling natural fertiliser through our drones recently and have been able to get application rates down to 30 litres per hectare allowing our drones to efficiently apply the Supersoil product without any ground damage.
Given the issues surrounding synthetic fertilisers at the moment, especially price and availability this product is a very worthy contender to reduce chemical usage.

More granular fertiliser going down, this time on some new grass leys, wothbthe ground drying out bit still not quite upto taking large tractors and spreaders our Drones are just the ticket to ensure yields are as high as can be expected.

A little local job this morning spreading grass seed into the soil from where a new woodland has been planted, with the ground too soft to walk on the drone is the fastest and easiest way to get the seed into place.

Our spreading and spraying Drones are helping lots of farms get fertiliser and trace elements on hungry crops that usually wouldn't get anything until later in the season due to soft ground.

Our agras T50 out today laying down the manganese for a local farm, with the ground being too soft for a sprayer and the crop in desperate need thisnis the ideal solution.
