How rarely do we post these days ? So my ways of seeing the bigger picture not quite met in this new addition to my studio, ie I read and take on information better horizontally but no way was I spending (for now) £200 on a year planner!! So a compromise version and a new need in my working life. The prodominant career for most of my adult life as an advertising photographer was a month to month, week to week and often day to day bookings and calendar juggling. Now I need to see the bigger picture as AV requests come in for the early career lighting designer with projects now confirmed up to May ( which I feel very blessed by) and the format of running two or perhaps three alongside each other in various stages of development a necessity, mr and the google calendar get on but at a glance I can gauge my capacity for taking on more thus avoiding another trigger for my anxiety!
So tomorrow’s task is to find a colour coding system and begin to outline the next few months, so help me fill her up and AV for your next

Finding it hard to manage this New Cross pollination of posts and stories from insta to here, hence my quietness

Deep in the throes of a new show and fighting the various imposter syndromes that fancy their chances! Tonight I had a small moment to remind myself that in reality in the covid and waves after I am still only three years in and duh won’t know it all !

I’m learning and growing in a very tight world of time and budgets post covid, still learning still growing and yes still my path now ###

The eyes have it ! Not done a@post in a while as life is a tad busy .. but a few moments out with these two early evening. We even managed Rin strokes ! It’s a slow process@for sure and I was upsurged when the crow landed on the arial in our loft bedroom . Sky cat tv won Tracey nil but did get a cute pic xx

word up as I have experience of theatre digs , we are opening up our home on a more formal basis on theatre digs , calm and chilled house with kittens :)

Something always makes me happy , a script and my highlighting stationary to begin a deeper sweep into the moments, states etc that will sit with me alongside my sketchbook in rehearsals. Next up this celebration of 30 years of creating wonderful work bled by the powerhouse that is and the upcoming revival and tour of Slave -A Question of Freedom starting out then touring .we begin phase two where the words become pictures. Can’t wait to play with the fabulous once more
