A juvenile kingfisher with her takeaway fish supper 🐟😍 She was nicely perched on a branch and completely took us by surprise flying towards us and down, grabbing a fish behind some reeds and then just flying off to enjoy it in peace!

Maybe not as sharp and noise free as I would have I liked, but a complete chance sighting, just as I was about to head home, thanks to a fellow photographer pointing me in the right direction 🙏
