Why we refused to pay a web agency ££££+... 🤫

When planning Drop 1, we hit a crossroads: Spend thousands on a tech agency, or grab a coffee, lock the doors and build the website ourselves.

We chose the Mourne Peak DIY approach 🖥️⚡

By grinding to build www.mournepeak.com from scratch, we kept our overhead low.

Here’s why that matters to you: Because we didn’t blow ££££ on an agency, we don't have to pad our prices. Every penny goes straight into the heavyweight, sustainable quality of the clothing. No corporate markup. Just pure quality. ⛰️

It was a brutal learning curve, but we’re incredibly proud of the digital home we've built.

The smoker was hot! 🪵🔥

Now Drop 1 has officially launched, we finally got back out and about last night to try .wheelbarrow —> the brand-new smokehouse at Church Lane in Warrenpoint.

The food hangover today is so real. We crushed the Hog & Heifer burger, spicy BBQ wings and the pulled pork loaded bowl. Absolute class!

Brilliant to see .magee22 running the show while a proud John watched on. Huge congrats, lads! 🙌
