My lovely friend is running remote Italian cooking courses, there are some lovely ones coming up or also good for a private party via zoom for a birthday or team meeting!

Thought it was time to post a picture of myself..I’m Lisa founder of Knolita Cooks.
I believe the life-skill of cooking is one we are sadly losing as the pressure of day-to-day life often makes us grab something, quick, pre-made and ready for the microwave. I created Knolita Cooks in an effort to help recreate the sense of learning and coming together as a family, ‘ famiglia’.
I want to empower you to create meals perfect for you, your family, your friends. While it might sound intimidating, with a little planning and cooking knowledge, anyone should be able to whip up simple yet delicious meals.
