THE GLASS WORKSHOPS ARE BACK!

We’re so excited to welcome Vanessa back to The Hawkins Arms for another of her fabulous Glass Workshops! ✨

These evenings are always such good fun, relaxed, friendly and full of creativity. Whether you’ve joined us before or you’ve never tried anything like this, Vanessa will be there to guide you as you get creative and make your very own glass piece.

Absolutely no experience is needed, just come along, have a laugh, enjoy a drink and see where your creativity takes you!

Why not grab a few friends and make an evening of it? You can even join us for a bite to eat beforehand and then settle in for an evening of creativity with Vanessa.

A massive thank you to each and everyone of you for making the 2026 Probus Art Exhibition such a massive success!
The Probus Parish Church Treasurer has today announced that the total raised for the Church building is £2745!!
Absolutely brilliant 🌟.
It just goes to prove that when a community pulls together with drive, enthusiasm, talent and boundless energy….amazing things happen!!

Last week we returned to the wonderful The Garden Cafe Newquay, with a slight twist!! We used the light and bright Trenance Cottages function room next to the cafe. This gave us more space, whilst enjoying the delicious treats and drinks from the Cafe. Win win! Thank you everyone, it was a fabulous evening and you are able to collect your finished glass during normal opening hours ☀️🙏🪭💞👏👏👏.

We were delighted to welcome a family of three generations in the studio for a private summer workshop. It was an honour to share their creative time together, especially Rumi our youngest participant yet!! 💞
