It's been a long time coming for me to post this but I'm going to be doing Run Norwich 2022 in July to support The Feed in Norwich - not only am I taking part to give myself something to aim for, but also to support this great local social enterprise, who I have helped to support during my time with Rock Solid Graphics & Print with design and marketing content, for which I am also looking forward to running with some of the team I used to work with, who are also supporting The Feed. I was due to do this in 2020, however it was cancelled due to covid, but going ahead this year!

For a bit of background, The Feed's mission is to motivate change in people to prevent poverty, hunger and homelessness in Norwich. They do this by supporting people on the path back into work through generating funds through their chain of cafes in and around Norwich, and providing catering to events.

If you wouldn't mind leaving a donation, no matter how big or small, it would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

A year ago today I became free as the wind and decided to start a new venture, registering as self employed. After the end of furlough and not knowing what to do next, I saw this as an opportunity. My first year has had highs and lows but it’s safe to say I have most importantly enjoyed being my own boss and in control of my work, clients and work-life balance. Here’s to another year and many more to come! 🎉

Recently, myself and a few mates went for a weekend away to the Peak District where we had never been before. After a change of scenery, I definitely now feel more mentally refreshed with a clearer head, and the others also said the same! It is just as important to take breaks, enjoy and look after yourself as it is to be working.
