Wow, 5 weeks off instagram (work, travelling, my 50th 😬) but this weekend’s Proms have been the rocket I needed.

Arms in the air, effortless cool, love, crowd surfing, limos, swagger and socks in no particular order.

St. John’s you ROCKED Friday night. As did my favourite DJ Kobbie who kept everyone dancing all night.

Today is BELTANE ✨

The beginning of summer and the celebration of fertility, growth and fire.

Beltane honours the return of life, warmth, and the sun to the earth.

A day to light a fire, dance, walk barefoot on the earth…(I hope to do all three tonight).

I am so excited (and slightly nervous) about my third visit to Imlil in the Atlas Mountains, Morocco, this June. My first visit was on our honeymoon, the second with our two children to show them the beauty of the mountains and the third time, with our daughter, who’s asked me to climb Jebel Toubkal, the highest peak in North Africa, with her as part of her Kilimanjaro preps. I’ll just have turned 50 - pretty amazing way to celebrate I think! Wish me luck 😂
