Great wedding makeup starts with great skin, so focus on prep, not perfection.

In the 3–6 months before, keep your routine simple and consistent: cleanse, moisturise, SPF, and a few targeted treatments. Hydration is key, so drink plenty of water and use a hydrating serum to keep skin plump and smooth.

Exfoliate gently 1–2 times a week to improve texture, but don’t overdo it. As you get closer to the day, stick to products your skin already knows. No last-minute experimenting!

In the final week, focus on calming and nourishing your skin with hydration, good sleep, and minimal stress. Avoid picking or trying anything new.

On the day, arrive with clean, well-moisturised skin - we can take it from there!

Healthy, hydrated skin = makeup that looks effortless, radiant, and lasts all day.

We know that picking the right suppliers for your wedding can be difficult, so we wanted to share with you our top tips!

• Know your budget - it is easy to let this get out of control, but if you can keep your budget in mind, this will ensure you don't end up disappointed.

• Decide your vision - have a clear idea in your mind of what kind of look you want to achieve - finding suppliers that can compliment this will ensure you achieve the look you want.

• Consider your suppliers style - as above, find suppliers that match your style or at least are amenable to working to your style.

• Get recommendations - never be afraid to ask for reviews - even better if they come as a personal recommendation!

• See a portfolio - ask to see photographs of work that your suppliers have done to ensure that the quality and look is what you're after.

• Arrange a meeting - your wedding suppliers will be spending most of your wedding day with you, so meeting them before-hand an easy way to check you get along.

• Do they know your venue - this isn't necessarily a deal breaker, but if they do, it can make the operations on the day that bit easier and they'll know the best spots for good photos!

• Book an engagement shoot - if they tick all the boxes above, why not book an engagement shoot to see how it goes?

Healthy Hair = Happy Bride! Here are our top tips to keep your bridal hair in tip-top shape before the big day:

1. Hydration is Key
Dry, brittle hair is never a good look for a wedding day. Hydrate your hair by using a deep-conditioning treatment once a week leading up to the wedding. Focus on nourishing oils like argan or coconut oil, which pe*****te the hair shaft and add moisture. Consider a leave-in conditioner for extra hydration too.

2. Regular Trims
Regular trims every 6-8 weeks are essential for maintaining healthy hair and removing split ends. By the time the wedding rolls around, your hair will be fresh, full of life, and easier to style.

3. Scalp Health
