Iā€™ve had a few new followers so thought it was time to reintroduce myself! When Iā€™m not eating seafood in France youā€™ll generally find me behind the camera doing my day job - professional photographer and more recently crafter selling at local markets.

Iā€™m 50 something and my career started in the steel industry for 16 years, a few different things followed before I entered the NHS as an Ops Manager running busy clinical departments for 18 years! 2020 was the year that changed me, like so many others, and in 2021 I switched to working winters only and travelling summers in our motorhome. Travel and photography have always been a big part of my life so I went back to college and studied photography, and in 2024 I set up my business. In 2025 I left the NHS completely following a few years of being very ill. Iā€™ve recently found out I have many food allergies which were causing my problems and Iā€™m once again firing on many cylinders šŸ„³

Iā€™m looking forward to building my business and travelling a lot more again now Iā€™m on the mend. Thatā€™s me in a nutshell, congrats and thanks if youā€™ve read this far!
