One thing you should know before coming to me for a newborn session is that you don’t need to know how to pose for photos!

New Mums and Dads can often feel reluctant to get in front of the camera but I promise you, when you look back at your gallery months or years from now and your baby isn’t so little anymore that it’ll be so worth it.

My newborn sessions are designed to be calm and unhurried and I will also gently guide you throughout your shoot so you can feel relaxed and comfortable in every ‘pose’ 🤍

A little personal post…

We are so excited to be welcoming our newest addition to our family this September 💕

This means I’ll be taking a break from studio life while I enjoy that precious newborn bubble. My diary remains open until the end of July with all existing bookings going ahead as planned. I’ll then be back behind the camera ready to welcome your 2027 babies 🤍

This little lady was an absolute joy to welcome back to celebrate her special 1st birthday! Just love seeing how your babies have grown from tiny newborns into their own little person… I even got the best cuddle from Sadie which totally made my day! 💕

A little reminder for anyone thinking about booking a newborn session with me… before baby arrives is always best!

I’ve had so many lovely enquiries recently and I’m doing my very best to fit everyone in but it’s proving difficult to find enough hours!

To secure your session, I pop you in my diary using your due date then once baby arrives, we confirm your session date for when they are around 10–14 days old.

Not one, not two but three very handsome brothers 🤍 The littlest came in to celebrate his special 1st birthday with a cake smash and I’m always happy to include siblings in the session too 🥰

These precious brothers have the same age gap as my boys and it really took me back to those early days, watching the beginning of that special brotherly bond 🥹

We never got the chance to do a newborn shoot when my youngest was born because of Covid and I really wish we had photos like these to look back on. You always think you’ll remember every little detail but time flies and they truly don’t stay little for long 🤍

This was a very special session with this lovely family 🤍

Nathan was born quite a bit prematurely and spent his first few months in the neonatal unit. After such a journey to get him home, I feel so privileged that one of the first places his mum and dad brought him to was me.

We took everything at Nathan’s pace, working around his oxygen and making sure he was comfortable at all times.

“We had such a lovely experience with Danielle and honestly couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out from start to finish!

Our son was born very prematurely and spent 3 months in the NICU and was still on oxygen at the time of the shoot, so we were naturally quite anxious about getting a shoot done.
From the beginning Danielle was so understanding and attentive to our circumstances, although this was her first experience of this sort, she handled the whole shoot with such care and patience making sure our baby was comfortable and safe at all times, and never once made us feel rushed or anxious about his wellbeing throughout our time with her.
