I haven't been showing Facebook much l💗ve recently.

So when I took this Valentine's inspired shot I thought I should share it with you.

With the right photography your products can be at the heart of every occasion throughout the year; from St Valentine's Day, Mother’s Day, Easter, Father’s Day, Wedding, Festival, Holiday, and Back to school seasons, Halloween and of course the pinnacle of the golden quarter, Christmas (and everything in between).

To make your products the hero of a seasonal story, I can;

❄ Brrrr -it’s cold out there today!

So that means the last day of the colourful chrysanthemum that’s been brightening up my garden. It looked so pretty with the frosty petals this morning though, so I thought I’d get outside to take a few snaps.

I am a nature person. The colours, shapes and textures in these shots are so effortlessly beautiful. It makes taking a pleasing shot easy.
By comparison, studio photography is not quite so straight forward, as the photographer or stylist has to make lots of decisions, that in the case of nature photography, would already have been mandated by mother-nature.
But it does mean that you have more control and more than a moment to capture exactly what it is you want to see in the photo.
The frosty leaves and petals in these photos have already altered and they are probably getting a bit droopy and brown by now. In the studio, there will always be a way to get the look and feel that you want.

Hello and welcome to the SEE Stories Photography page.

I'm Debs, a freelance product photographer based near Staines, Surrey and my work is a combination of studio and in-home location lifestyle product photography.

I from my past roles working within SME business (which included marketing, PR, design, art direction and photography) I have a really good understanding of what it takes to create a product image that works hard for the business it represents.
I love the creative process - visually bringing out the stories that need to be told about products and brands. I work with local and non-local businesses (you send it- I'll shoot it)!
