63 years ago on this day 28th May 1963, The Beatles arrived in Worcester from Cardiff, driven by Paul McCartney to perform 2 sets at Worcester Gaumont at 6.15pm & at 8.30pm
They performed just 7 songs - 15 minutes worth of live music. Not that anyone could hear above the screaming!
Top price ticket was 10 shillings & 6 pence bought in advance
In todays money that's £2718.18p 😳

Unless it's other musicians or their friends, It's rare I see the younger generation at a grassroots gig
There's 1000s upon 1000s of new young Beatles fans every year, & they love their 60s vintage clothes but they don't go to gigs. 30th May is the perfect opportunity to wear those clothes & sing along to the music live!

Controversial post? Maybe!?
fans must know of someone who fits this description ?

I'd like to see the younger generation outnumber the rest of us older gig goers so prove me wrong!
Show the unique grassroots Love The Beatles Tribute Band who have travelled the world in the top Beatles Tributes & stage shows that the younger generation do still go to grassroots venues gigs!
