A lovely afternoon spent at River Gwash Ospreys yesterday ☀️🦅The Ospreys didn't quite perform as expected, but nature always has a way of surprising you....the very obliging Red Kite stepped in and treated us to a brilliant fishing display. T7 did tease us for a little while, perched beautifully in a nearby tree - but alas, no dive this time!

Back at the track and it felt so good 🏁🔥

It’s been a while since we’ve been out at Motocross, but yesterday reminded us exactly why we love it. Good people, good vibes, and plenty of throttle therapy.

Best part of the day though… my daughter Daisy’s first time out on her PW50 💛 She absolutely smashed it and had the biggest smile the whole time — proud doesn’t even cover it.

Grateful for days like these with my favourite people 🙌📸 Thank you VIP Motocross for a brilliant day 🤘🏼
