I’m a professionally trained cake decorator (PME Professional Diploma in cake decorating, Masters certified) based in Surrey, UK. I started making cakes as a hobby for friends and family and I now design & make cakes for all occasions, even for my own wedding! From 'thank you teacher' cakes to wedding cakes, in my eyes any special occasion is an excuse for a cake! This will depend on flavour, size, shape, number or tiers and how much sugar craft detail is involved. In order for me to provide you with an accurate quote, please let me know at the time of request the following information:
- Occasion the cake is for
- Size of cake or how many portions you require
- Type of cake (cupcakes, fruit, sponge, chocolate etc)
- Any ideas you have for decoration or colour scheme
- Any photos that you have found of a design you like
- The date you would like the cake for (please try to provide as much notice as possible to ensure availability and avoid disappointment!)
