Chloe Downes Photography started out as an idea in college, we were making ideas for what sort of business we wanted to go into but we didn't actually make them. I liked the name, so I kept it and decided to pursue my hobby in photography. I like to experiment with ISO and Aperture. I usually don't get the photo I want, but that all goes with experience.
