Paul Cooke. I was struck by Paul's honesty and strength to influence positive change.

Following his playing career, Paul Cooke transitioned into coaching, bringing an honest and self-critical approach.

Paul advocates for a strong team spirit, encouraging players to ignore external criticism to focus on internal belief and success, nurture the strength of resilience and a willingness to learn from mistakes.
