PHOTO OF THE WEEK | Globe Wharf, Rotherhithe, SE16 📸

A home with a personality all of its own.

Globe Wharf on Rotherhithe Street was originally built as a granary warehouse around 1883 and is now Grade II listed — its industrial heritage still very much part of the character of the building.

Inside, exposed brick and steel provide the backdrop to a wonderfully individual mix of furniture, art and collected objects. A piano, vintage lighting, Persian rugs and a few unexpected characters make this one of those interiors where there is always something else to discover.

PHOTO OF THE WEEK | Sterling Mansions, Leman Street, E1

Sometimes the most striking spaces are the ones between the rooms.

This week’s image takes us away from the apartment itself and into the communal areas of Sterling Mansions on Leman Street.

The combination of rich green tiles, decorative ironwork, strong geometry and natural light gives this staircase a remarkable architectural character — and made it far more than simply a route from one floor to another.

Photographed for Chestertons Tower Bridge – Lettings.

Photo of the Week | Charlton, SE7 📸

Something a little different for this week’s Photo of the Week.

This time we’re stepping away from estate agency and into the Charlton showroom of Hugo Oliver — designers, suppliers and installers of luxury bathrooms in South East London.

What caught our eye was the character of the space and the way colour, geometry and personality work together — with a human presence bringing the composition to life.

Some streets never lose their charm.

This elegant corner of Central London W2 perfectly captures what makes London's finest neighbourhoods so distinctive — timeless architecture, beautifully maintained façades and the quiet character that makes every walk memorable.

Sometimes it's the setting, rather than a single property, that tells the story.

Some of London's most remarkable homes don't look remarkable... yet.

Hidden on Weymouth Street in the heart of Fitzrovia, this beautiful period property is waiting to begin its next chapter.

Original brickwork, elegant arched windows and an incredible sense of space already hint at what this property could become after its transformation.

Photographing homes at every stage of their journey is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do. Sometimes the greatest beauty isn't in the finished result, but in recognising the potential before anyone else does.

Some interiors don't need bold colours or elaborate decoration to make a statement.

This contemporary apartment on Bedford Avenue WC1B demonstrates how thoughtful architecture, natural light and carefully selected furniture can create a calm yet distinctive living space.

A beautifully balanced interior where every element has its place.

Some interiors are memorable because of their design. Others because they tell a story.

This beautiful three-storey home in the heart of Hampstead features a striking collection of traditional masks that brings warmth, character and individuality throughout the property.

It's details like these that make photographing homes so rewarding — every property has its own personality waiting to be discovered.

Some properties are remembered for a particular room. Others for a particular view.

This remarkable penthouse roof terrace on Kew Bridge Road TW8 offers both exceptional outdoor space and far-reaching views across the River Thames, Kew Bridge and the London skyline beyond.

Photo of the Week

A distinctive dining space on Denmark Street WC2H, where bold contrasts, clean lines and a dramatic rooflight create a striking interior environment.

Spaces like this stand apart not because they follow trends, but because they have a clear identity of their own — something that often leaves a far more lasting impression.

Photo of the Week

A dramatic aerial perspective across London from East Sheen SW14, captured during last week’s colder weather and changing light conditions.

The layered skyline, soft haze and movement within the clouds created an atmospheric view that highlights both the scale and character of the city.

Captured using drone photography.
