On a recent trip to my hometown of Bakewell I took my new to me Hasselblad 500c/m and spent some time taking photos. Its been a while since ive gone out and done some nature photography, but I do enjoy returning every once and a while to my roots.

On a recent trip to my hometown of Bakewell I took my new to me Hasselblad 500c/m and spent some time taking photos. Its been a while since ive gone out and done some nature photography, but I do enjoy returning every once and a while to my roots. I was also experimenting with a film stock I have never used before, Ilford Delta 400, and I think it may be my new favorite black and white film, replacing my love for Ilford HP5. The tones are just stunning on this new film.

Better Late than never, this is from the showcase during this past London Fashion Week. This was a amazing showcase, was very fun to be there (i spent almost 3 hours inside).

Over a year ago now I bought a Hasselblad 500c/m, a camera I had used, and loved, but never owned, in pretty bad condition to get it repaired by the very talented team at Classic V. Upon receiving it back I took it into the studio to test it out and ensure everything worked. I shot 3 roles of Ilford HP5 and these are my favorite images from the shoot. It has taken me so long to get around to them as I have been moving house and my film scanner broke. I would love to do some darkroom printing but sadly my new flat does not have the space for an at home darkroom at the moment.
Anyways what do you think of the photos? For a test shoot I’m fairly pleased with them.

Shot on the 500 c/m (obviosly) and HP5
