As I mentioned pre pandemic. I now have a page for my new career of Genetic Genealogist, following my courses at Strathclyde University.
I help people find their long lost family using DNA.

Hi everyone.
Just a wee announcement to make. After keeping the business dormant while I brought up my son the first few years. I have decided to close my pro photography business officially. I will be launching a new business quite soon and I am excited about that. I will create a new page for it and I hope I can count on you all to give me some ‘likes’ to start me off, when the time comes.
I would like to thank you all for your support, and to those of you who I photographed professionally for, I hope you loved your photographs and that they will give you precious memories and pleasure for many years to come, both for you and your families.
Photographs will remain archived safely. There will be no destruction of images.

Just clarifying to save any confusion. Helen Sargent is the same Helen as Helen Maynard Photography so if you see Helen Sargent sometimes replying on here it is actually me, the photographer 🙂
I got married last December but I am keeping my maiden name for my photography business 🙂

Hi everyone,
I am very excited to announce that I will soon be relaunching my professional wedding photography business after taking a little bit more time out to get my son to school age.
He is 4 yrs old now and loving school so I am now free and ready to make my wedding photography business the very successful one it was before he was born.
I am about to do an equipment upgrade to the latest, best cameras, so that I can provide the ultimate service to clients.
So bear with me and I will be back with news soon of a relaunch date.
