Tinpanart Claire Day. Coastal wildlife, land/seascape photography & original artwork; prints & greeting cards available on request We stop. We listen. We smell.

The voices of nature are calling me, I hear them drawing me outside. His beautiful head is alert, watching me over the stable door, hoping. Saddled up, we go off at the gallop, our breaths dissipating into the chilly spring air. Past the woods, down the hill & a leap over the brook into the wooded glade. We absorb the sheer size of the universeand just how small we are. And in that moment we feel exhilarated, excited, loved and lucky to be part of the magic. From the journal of a Claire aged 12, but this is just as relevant to today at it ever was. The magic of our natural world inspires my photos and my paintings.

Between the Tides Walton Festival of the Arts 17th to 19th Sept 26 https://www.waltonartsfestival.com/festival-programme

I'm joining forces with Bianca's Coffee House for the second Between the Tides Walton Arts Festival this year 17th - 19th September.

As part of the art's trail, I will be exhibiting at Bianca's along side local artist Lisa Harding with her brilliantly detailed illustrations of Walton's landmarks.
Bianca's usual delicious menu will be available to tempt you and a range of handmade crafts including crochet & jewellery.

The festival is packed full of fun for all the family including music, arts, storytelling, performance. Kicking off on the 17th is an open air cinema showing the greatest showman. See full programme:
