This is my ongoing collection of, ‘bits and bobs’ akin to one of those drawers that everyone has at home which is full of little items that you don’t want to ever get rid of, some of them compliment each other, some of them don’t, others work in conjunction with other images, some never made the final and some don’t quite fit into the aesthetic of an overall portfolio.

After what seems like a few years (fact check please Nour) being ‘online buds’, connecting over food and politics (what better combo?), Nour and I finally got to hang out IRL. Brainstorming some future projects together, we got so discuss, hang and talk about what makes us tick. And also just be daft, my other favourite pursuit.

Nour is an INCREDIBLE Baker, activist, writer, polymath and I would implore you to check out .cakes her baking business. I have commissioned her before to make a cake, which I have banged on about ever since eating the Chocolate Sponge, Rose Water soaked Cherries with Pistachio Creme Buttercream…

When I asked about doing me another one, she joked (half joked) ‘that was years ago! We’ve moved on (But I’d be happy to make it again)’ to which I replied…

‘You have. I haven’t. I can still taste it.’ ❤️‍🔥🤌🏼

So if you want incredible bakes, look no further.
