Well, I've been a buzy bee hidden away in my home office for a looooong while ie. since last year .. well maybe the last month or so! 😉

I love this little goober. It's now 3/4 of a year since she's become a tripod cat and she still believes she has that arm at times as you can see her shoulder working furiously to pick something up of the floor and then the confusion that it didn't move!

Still need a long crochet hook to play because, you know, claws!!

Whew today was hard with stupid shins hurting and my biceps and triceps getting tired. Bonus is that I'm getting into the 200 to 300 continuous jumps territory again. Kept it simple with no tricks today, just crank it out.

Two days rest now I think after 4 days skipping. Also I'm really please to learn that I can just about scrape my fringe into a little Bambam (Flintstones) ponytail! I've missed it.

200 calories, wanted 250 but I'm listening to my body. How are you all doing?

YES completed my second cushion cover of two. My second piece using mosaic crochet into, basically, a pillowcase but as a cushion cover 😉

Happy New Year cushion to me. Hope you've had a good start to your year. I have as I went for a walk with friends and finished this cushion. Plus watching the Christmas special of the sewing bee. I'm so rock n roll! 😂

Yes! One front of the cushion cover is woven and done. Now to do the back, joins and inner flap to hold the cushion in place. One black and rainbow zig zag crochet mosaic design. 😍

Cold winter evenings are made for wood burning fires, wonder women playing on the box and a mosaic crochet project to make the second cushion cover. This one is black and rainbow, the first is a silvery grey and rainbow 🌈 😍 I think I love it even more now I've figured out how to do neat joins of different colour yarns! No more multitudes of tail ends to weave in 😉

Literally two days after my new portrait for my haircut, and my new glasses arrive. Feels good to be back to my choice of rimless frames. I love the round Oliver's people but saddle bridge and keyhole bridge glasses just slide right down my nose! Here's to seeing me and not my frames!

The round glasses are for my detail close up work, making chainmail jewellery
