Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho has bracketed Paul Pogba's injury as "long term" - comparing it to those Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Marcos Rojo are recovering from.

The severity of the hamstring issue that caused the 24-year-old to limp off early in the club's Champions League return against Basel has been shrouded in mystery.

Mourinho has repeatedly claimed not to know how bad Pogba's injury is as the club continued to assess him in-house, as well as seeking specialist advice.

Samini dares Shatta Wale

A lyrical war is brewing between Ghana's 'Dancehall King,' Shatta Wale and award winning musician, Samini, but this time, it is the latter who has called for the battle.
Samini on Monday, disclosed on Pluzz Fm's 'AM PLUZZ' programme that his recent track - 'Vextra' was done to throw his weight behind Prodigal and the VVIP trio when the group recently had a misunderstanding with Shatta Wale.
'Vextra' became a trending topic within hours after it was released and many predicted correctly that it was a jab by Samini directed at Shatta Wale.
Shatta, who was on a music tour in Kumasi when 'Vextra' was released, took to his tweet and sent to Samini a rather funny message: "Oh u deh worry ooo. Oh why de beef you kno chop finish...ok ade come."
Calling his (Shatta Wale's) bluff on Monday, Samini mockingly referred to him as Mr. Mensah and remarked, "Mr. Mensah said he was in Kumasi. I don't know if he was walking from Kumasi else he should have been in Accra by now. So Mr. Mensah, you have kept too long. I would have responded to his tweet but I can't see the blue thick to know which of them his real account is."
Samini continued, "I did the song to defend what Prodigal was trying to cry for and also to throw light on the fact that these things were becoming too much. People just need to respect protocol and keep moving. It was to defend Prodigal and the VVIP.”
He said Shatta Wale then in a tweet asked him [Samini]to leave the rappers alone and that he was an old man.
You can call me big brother. Simply because I was still around and you and sat down for 10 years before coming back does not mean someone is “Oluu", Samini fumed.
He disclosed further that his track, 'Scatter Bad Mind’ was also directed at Shatta Wale. He explained that he was not a stranger to or against lyrical wars as long as they remain constructive and relevant.
"I believe in constructive lyrical war. I believe in clarity and audibility of your lyrics and being able to defend your lyrics any day, any time. I like to be responsible for the things I say... Those who remember my issues very well know that I have had issues way back with throwing shots and getting the repercussions. I was a kid then when I came out throwing shots at the late Ronny Coaches, a big man. He met me around Adabraka and he pushed my head and asked me to behave myself. The media said he slapped me but he did not. He pushed my head and asked me to behave," he Samini pointed out.

Nigerian singing duo, P-square, are at war again, ending the relative calm enjoyed in their camp since the much publicised beef in March this year.

One of the duo, Peter Okoye now known as ‘Mr P,’ has dissociated himself from a concert scheduled to hold in Congo with P-Square as headliners, stressing that he never endorsed the usage of his name as the contractual terms presented were not favourable to him.

He threatened legal action against his brothers, Paul and Jude. He also punctured the claim by Paul and Jude that he was sick and could not make the trip, saying that he is “101 percent healthy.”

“This goes out to all my fans in Congo specifically and the entire world in general.

My attention has been drawn to a much publicised show holding today, 8th July, 2016 (VIP SHOW) and tomorrow 9th July, 2016, (in Goma) and on the 17th of August in Kinshasa wherein the name P-Square was used maliciously and mischievously to garner patronage and huge fans attendance as against the stage name Rudeboy, which is used when my twin brother, Paul and Co-owner of the stage name, P-Square perform alone.

“I never endorsed the usage of my name as the contractual terms presented were not favourable to me thus, I am not part of the show booked by our former manager, Jude, and I wholeheartedly disassociate myself from the unauthorized use of my Co-owned stage name (P-Square) and images for promotional and economic reasons without my express written consent or permission.

“Contrary to the wild allegations making the rounds that I could not attend the show because I was sick and missed my flight along with my crew members, I wish to counter same and state categorically, that I am 101% healthy.

“I shall take appropriate legal action in the nearest future against the promoters and the sponsors of these events , for character assassination and malicious misrepresentation.

Thank you. Mr.P (Peter of P-Square),” he posted on his Instagram page

Okyeame Kwame’s career is DEAD – KK Fosu

Multiple hits factory, KK FOsu in an interview on Happy FM‘s Showbiz Xtra declared Okyeame Kwame’s career dead.

The ‘Anajo Y3 d3′ hitmaker talkig to Dr Cann’s on Saturday morning commenting on Sarkodie and M.anifest’s said;

“I wouldn’t say M.anifest and Sarkodie are fighting over a lady or anything like that. This game, every artist wants to call themselves a boss. Every musician that comes claims to be king.

“It’s just lyrical war. Music is not just about writing lyrics for fun, you have to write to let people see how knowledgeable you are. See Obrafour, he can diss you but you wouldn’t realize it.

“When Reggie came out everyone said he was unstoppable till Obrafour came and Reggie said he was the one everyone should look up to. And we were thinking Obrafour was going to be there forever, Okyeame Kwame came with Woso and called himself best r***r alive.

“When Sarkodie popped up, where did Okyeame Kwame go? He is dead. The truth is that Okyeame Kwame is dead when it comes to Hiplife. Right now he is trying to sing . It’s when your career is dying then you switch. I KK wouldn’t go do a rap song. I don’t care what people think because this is the truth.”

He later apologized to listeners who clearly were not happy with his earlier submission.

From Air Force One to fashion 101: Sasha and Malia Obama hit the shops in Milan after jetting in from London on President's plane

They've been hobnobbing with some of the world's most powerful people, flying country to country on Air Force One on their whistle-stop tour of Europe.
But Malia and Sasha Obama have been using their stop in Milan to relax and let their hair down - hitting the fashion capital's shops and visiting art galleries.
The First daughters made an early morning visit to the prestigious Fondazione Prada art gallery today, dressed in short sleeves in the city's searing summer temperatures.
The exhibit visit followed a day shopping and sightseeing with mum Michelle, the First Lady, on Wednesday.
Sasha, 14, and Malia, 16, were seen walking together in the Corso Como shopping street in the city center on yesterday afternoon, just hours after landing in Italy.
The two sisters, appeared to have inherited their mom's love of fashion, and were dressed in on-trend ensembles in the Italian fashion capital.
Malia wore a matching black-and-white checked shorts and top combo with strappy brown sandals while younger sister Sasha wore an off-shoulder white top with frilled hem and ripped white jeans.
The President's daughters indulged in some retail therapy on Corso Como - a trendy, pedestrianized street in the heart of the city where there are a number of boutiques.
Earlier on Wednesday, the First Lady, Sasha, Malia and Mrs Obama's mom Marian Robinson met with Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi and his wife and daughter.
The group paid a short visit to the church of Santa Maria delle Grazie to see Leonardo Da Vinci's Last Supper.

Taraji P. Henson Discusses 'Empire's' Successful Debut, Season Two and Social Injustice

Taraji P. Henson is on a mission: To take her brand global following the success of Fox's hit show Empire - and her breakout character Cookie Lyon.

"I am tired of Hollywood telling me what black people can't do overseas and what can't sell overseas, and black women can't do this overseas," Henson says. "Well, I am over there and they know who I am; and they knew me before Cookie."

Empire debuted in January with 9.9 million viewers and ended its first season run with 17.6 million viewers for the finale, the most watched show that week, according to the Nielsen ratings.

With Emmy nominations set for July 16, the 44-year-old actress, who served as the ambassador for the American Black Film Festival that just completed its four-day run in New York, says she isn't focused on awards.
