Mumbai Dharavi District.

Dharavi is considered to be one of the world's largest slums in the world. Open sewage, small streets, and poor living conditions are all common images of the setting. Dharavi has grown in population since then, having a population of one million or more now. Leather, recyclable goods, and other industries have sprung up as a result of the country’s informal economy.

In Covid-19 times, treating cancer in Peru, where this disease has been the main cause of death since 2015, has become a challenge for hundreds of doctors and patients. For this reason, the National Institute of Neoplastic Diseases (INEN), the largest cancer hospital in the country, has been doing everything possible to treat as many of its patients as possible. Even so, the changes were experienced: if there have been 180 180 chemotherapies a day before, today there are 80, from 360 radiotherapies it went to 160, from 40 patients to 10. These are some stories of INEN patients in their daily fight to heal and survive.
