One tof the Holy places in Greece 🇬🇷 is Meteora. These churches were built hundreds of years ago to be closer to God/heaven. Originally the monks would have to climb up sketchy wooden ladders and Or be hauled up by ropes and nets as there were no walkways or stairs curved in to the mountains.
