SOMETIMES LUXURY LIES IN SIMPLICITY

This is something I’ve been reflecting on for a while…
We live in a world obsessed with numbers.
How long it took you to graduate.
How many years you've been together.
Whether your phone is the latest model.
Somewhere along the way, we started putting price tags and timelines on human experiences.
But trying to measure life is like trying to hold water in your hands.
Impossible… and yet, we still try.
Why?
Because we’re scared.
Scared of wasting time.
Scared of falling behind.
Scared of not “making it.”
Numbers give us something to hold on to—a way to prove we’re doing okay.
But the truth?
The most meaningful moments in life can’t be measured.
