“Reality is abstracted into a new form.” 🌀

“Light technology determines the rhythm of light itself.” 🌀

Through this site-specific photography intervention, I captured Zagreb’s urban lights, abstracting them in real-time through kinetic light painting and long exposure.

Svjetlosna šetnja Zagrebom se nastavlja 📸💫
Južno pročelje Umjetničkog paviljona i Tomislavac pretvorili su se u promjenjivu scenografiju svjetla i pokreta. Arhitektura, zidovi, pijedestali i tlo, privremeno postaju platna jedinstvenih kinetičkih kompozicija svjetlosti grada.

The light walk through Zagreb continues. The south facade of the Art Pavilion and Tomislav Square have transformed into a shifting scenography of light and motion. Architecture, walls, pedestals, and the ground, temporarily become canvases for this city’s unique kinetic light compositions.

U nedjelju je Zagreb oživio kroz igru fotona 📸💫

Performans “Svjetlosne Tranzicije” pretvorio je prostor oko Umjetničkog paviljona i Tomislavca na Glavnom kolodvoru u prolaznu galeriju kinetičkih impresija. Rastezanjem gradske rasvjete pokretom kamere nastaje digitalni otisak lokacije proiciran natrag na arhitekturu.

On Sunday, Zagreb came alive through light and architecture. “Light Transitions” transformed the space around the Art Pavilion and Tomislav Square into a fleeting gallery of kinetic impressions, stretching city lights into a digital signature projected back on the arhitecture.

Budući da rad s projekcijama i dugom ekspozicijom zahtijeva suho vrijeme, večeras uzimamo pauzu, a sutra nastavljamo prema planu.

Sutra povodom Međunarodnog dana svjetlosti, 16. svibnja 2026. u 21:00 h, ispred južnog pročelja Umjetničkog paviljona u Zagrebu, predstavljam svoj novi site-specific fotografski performans i umjetničku intervenciju “Svjetlosne Tranzicije” 🌆✨

Koristeći tehniku kinetičkog slikanja svjetlom (kinetic light painting) u realnom vremenu rastežem izvore gradske rasvjete u apstraktne, prolazne vizualne impresije i Zagreb pretvaram u platno.

Pomoću duge ekspozicije i mobilnog projektora ću urbani ritam noćnog grada tranformirati u privremeni digitalni potpis lokacije koji nestaje na fasadama čim ga zamijeni moj novi pokret tijela.

Dođite i ulovite prolazni otisak zagrebačkih ulica u vremenu.

Tomorrow, on the International Day of Light, May 16th, 2026, at 9:00 PM, in front of the south facade of the Art Pavilion in Zagreb, I present my new site-specific photographic performance and artistic intervention “Light Transitions” 🌆✨

Using the technique of kinetic light painting, I stretch urban light sources in real-time into abstract, fleeting visual impressions, turning Zagreb into a canvas.

Through long exposure and a mobile projector, I will transform the urban rhythm of the night city into a temporary digital signature of the location, which vanishes from the facades as soon as it is replaced by a new movement of my body.

Come and experience a fleeting imprint of Zagreb’s streets in time.

🗓️ When: Saturday, May 16th at 21:00h
📍 Meeting Point: Art Pavilion (South facade), Zagreb
🚶‍♂️ Route: The intervention starts at the Pavilion and develops further through the city streets.

Taking art to the streets! Building a mobile projection rig from my father’s wheelchair for a public performance in Zagreb. Testing the power of light for the International Day of Light on May 16th. I will be projecting a unique, temporary imprint of city lights, stretched in time.

How does Notre Dame sound like? 🏛️🔊

Using Schroeder’s formula, I’ve extracted the architectural standing waves of this iconic space. These frequencies travel through silk threads, moving a laser to create a glowing echo of history.

Watch as the room’s geometry traces itself onto a phosphorescent surface—capturing a temporary memory of the past.

This is the development of Musica Subsonica 0.1 - an experimental vision of visualising site specific sound.

Art is a series of failed experiments. 🧪🔊

Testing cyanotype with UV laser frequencies for Musica Subsonica 0.1. The goal? Letting the room’s architecture paint itself onto the fabric.

It didn’t yield the vectors I wanted, but it left a trace. Is this an artwork or just a failed attempt? You tell me.

The grid provides the structure, but the vibrations create the path. Musica Subsonica 0.1 is a study of how invisible waves leave an ephemeral mark on space and become visible.

🧪 Current state: Studio experimentation.
