The city never stops 🍀

This is easily one of my favourites from the colour walk on Saturday. Slow shutter, a blur of moment, and that wall of green for colour.

Shots like this don’t just happen. You see it, you wait for it, and you trust your timing. Everything came together here.

Wanted to do a colour for such a long time and finally got out and did it. Cork surely has a lot of green đź’š

There's a great pleasure in enjoying a freshly baked blueberry muffin. It's warm, with pockets of tart-sweet berry and a lingering steam. They disappear quickly whether for breakfast, lunch, or a sneaky afternoon treat with a cuppa.

And here's the best part? These are ready in just thirty minutes.

The recipe is so straightforward there's almost nothing to it: whisk the dry ingredients, mix the wet ones, fold them together gently (lumps are your friend!), add the blueberries, and into the oven they go. No fiddly technique, no special ingredients.
Fresh blueberries are lovely, but honestly? Frozen ones work just as well: sometimes even better for baking because they hold their shape and don't bleed into the batter.

What I love most is that they taste just as good the next day from a lunchbox. Or freeze a batch and you've got quick breakfasts ready whenever you need them.

Start today. Not tomorrow, not next month, not next year. Today.

That’s how you reach your dreams — or at least, that’s how I want to see it.

One of my ultimate goals is to own a house in Ireland. The housing market makes you want to scream, but I’ve decided the way is forward; step by step.

I took this photo in West Cork, and it captures what that dream looks like for me: green rolling hills, running water, and the kind of peace you can feel in your chest.

What’s one thing you’re determined to move towards in the next year? What’s your ultimate goal? ✨
