It’s who you know… aye?

Life can change in the blink of an eye, and you never really know who might lead you to your next chapter.

For me, it was a chance connection.

My good friend unknowingly set me on a path I’ll always be grateful for. He was one of the first people to hire me for photography and web design, giving me space to be creative and believe in my work.

Then he introduced me to the incredible - a true legend of a woman.

Nats had just started Secret Garden Wellness and needed help getting her vision online.

But what she gave me in return went far beyond work. She introduced me to spiritualism and healing.

What started with a bit of yoga and EFT tapping soon became something deeper — it was the start of finding my way to regulate stress, embrace self-love, and reconnect with myself.

Nats also opened new doors for me creatively and energetically. Grateful for every bit of it and Through her, I met …

And that is truly how my journey began..

It's been 3 years..

3 years since I began my healing journey.. and it all started with meeting the right people..

Some people enter your life and quietly expand your entire world.

Over the coming weeks I want to share images of those who have guided me on my journey as an expression of gratitude and a nod to their part in my healing journey..

Meeting Lorraine and Paddy over three years ago was one of those soul-shifting moments.

They didn’t just invite me into their work—they welcomed me into a way of being.

Through their example, I discovered a path of healing, growth, and self-discovery.

I wouldn't be the man I am today without their presence, guidance, and kindness.

Grateful doesn't quite cover it.

Thank you both for the moments we created, the humans you introduced me to, and the spaces you opened where I found parts of myself I never knew I was seeking.

Every project, every shared breath, every quiet insight—you’ve left your mark.

And though time may move us in different directions, some people are never far from the heart.

Having someone to hold you accountable for your goals, actions, and learnings is so potent. It has been part of the biggest shift in my life.

Alonso💈✂️ El Cubano 2

This youngfella (Alonso ) has been cutting my hair since I have been living in Mestalla and he is an absolute legend. So I brought the camera down one day to capture him in his barber shop.

He doesn't have much English and I am shocking at Spanish, but everytime I'm in there we have a laugh trying to teach each other.

Sacred Sons 🖤💛

So I have had the pleasure of capturing the rise of in europe over the past few months.

Working with and all of its leaders/facilitators/participants has changed my life for the better. I cannot express how grateful I am in words.

From the healing & wisdom they have gifted me by allowing me to participate whenever I felt like joining in the processes, to the beautiful connections I have made with other brothers.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the opportunity to not only express my passion, but grow and flourish as a healthy man amongst other men.
