Jordan and Cian Adams both carry the gene that gives them a 99.9% chance of developing the dementia that took their mum at 52. They've lost 12 Irish relatives to it.
So they ran every county in Ireland. 33 marathons in 33 days.
They crossed the finish line at Merrion Square today to huge crowds, with their dad Glenn there to meet them. He said their mum would have been extremely proud.
They've raised over €1.8 million for dementia research, and the government has now committed to examining further support for dementia services off the back of their campaign.
"When I started this journey eight years ago, I wasn't even good at running," Jordan told the crowd.
